 Hunan Noodle Bar & Sushi Bar began with a simple promise: to serve the bold, layered flavors of Hunan province alongside the precision of a true sushi bar — using the freshest local ingredients we can find.

Today, that same kitchen philosophy carries through three Connecticut dining rooms. Each location is run by chefs trained side-by-side, so a bowl of dan dan noodles in Ridgefield tastes the way it should in Wilton, and the way it must in Darien.
